I enjoy pei wei a lot. I like that it's fast, hot and fresh every time I go. The Chai black ice tea is absolutely amazing and honestly the main thing that keeps me coming back- I honestly just should get tea here but I digress. It has been a busy Monday in the office so I decided to order online so I can get back to work. The food was great. The restaurant was practically empty- which I have noticed quite a lot at this location. The dan dan noodles are delicious. I got it without cucumbers and added more chicken for extra protein and because they usually have a huge serving of noodles so it makes it last longer. Out of this regular sized order I will probably have 3 full meals. I noticed today the sauce was very thin and full of grease so take that as you will. I also like the fact that with most of their menu items you can choose just how spicy you want it. My boss had the the Thai Dynamite extra spicy. There's tons of ways to customize. While the food is good I'm taking off a star for how unfriendly the cashier was today. She could hardly care that there were customers, no greeting at all and was very cold and not personable at all. I have noticed this a few times here..

I love Pei Wei so I ignored the bad reviews, but the service is as bad as people have said and the food not much better.

The couple sitting next to me told the server that there weren't any forks left when she delivered their food to their table. She told them "there are some at the front" and she left. I think they assumed that she would go get two for them (what a good server would do) but she never came back. So they went up to the front and got them for themselves after waiting a minute.

That probably doesn't seem like a big deal, but it made me cringe seeing that unfold since I have worked in the service industry

Get it together Pei Wei! You would think corporate would come in and do some in house training due to all of these bad reviews.

I've been getting Pei Wei every couple weeks for months now. They will make my dish however spicy I like. Their king pao shrimp is the best in the city. I love the new cauliflower rice.   Sign up for emails and they have great deals like 2 rice bowls for $10.

I do enjoy the very clean, modern and dimly lit dining room at this location. But the food is just average, and the portions not big enough to split with my lover boy. We've been splitting Chinese takeout entrees since we were poor college students, and it's a habit we've kept. Anywho, we've never been able to do that at a Pei Wei else we leave hungry. Plus, they call it "Wei Better Orange Chicken"..umm, no way. It's tiny chunks of chicken, breading falls off easily, and the flavor is inferior to Panda Express. I've had other dishes at other locations over the years, but there's nothing here worth standing up and applauding over. Just middling flavors. It's only worth a visit if they have a special going or if you have killer coupon. Otherwise I'll stick with Panda or a local takeout place where the value is better.

P.s. the sushi rolls here are small and look like they're made by grade shoolers.

I had postmates delivery my order of tofu pad Thai only my order was only 1/2 tofu pad thai & other 1/2 had white sauce & chicken in the bottom. The bottom 1/2 of the dish was room temp & soggy as if they tried to substitute a wronged order.. when I called I was told they could remake it and asked what time I could pick it up. I wasn't in a place to be able to pick it up which is why I had it delivered. Then I was offered to have it delivered at the end of someone's shift. So nearly 3 hrs later I got my order correctly delivered. I will not order from here again. My order should have been comped but of course not even a discount offered:
